Weight Loss Challenge - 30-Day Weight Loss Challenge to lose weight in a holistic way - mind, body, and spirit.

Let's get your wellness to the target you set for yourself.

 

  • ​Sessions are offered to individuals via zoom and others.

  • Four sessions, each is 30 mins duration 

  • Phone calls at decided times and days twice a week.

  • You will learn - How to lose weight holistically without using the unwanted product

  • You will learn - How to identify healthy v/s unhealthy 

  • You will learn - How to lose weight and maintain weight 

  • You will learn - How to avoid triggers

  • You will get to talk to me at a decided time when there is any challenge you face during the one-month duration.
