Service Description

One-on-one private individual holistic coaching sessions are offered to clients who are interested to work on their health and wellness or in balancing all the dimensions of life( lifestyle, nutrition, mindset, spirituality)to achieve the desired goal(for example - common topic in which help is sought -weight management, stress management, peaceful life and feeling inner happiness). If you are a busy person who wants to lose or manage weight, manage stress, manage time and find work/personal life balance or manage a chronic condition through a healthy lifestyle, self-love, and self-care and live your desired happy and balanced fulfilled.Our Holistic Health and Wellness Coaching Program is designed to empower individuals to achieve optimal well-being by addressing all aspects of their health—physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. Through personalized coaching sessions, we will explore holistic approaches to nutrition, exercise, stress management, mindfulness, and lifestyle habits to support overall health and vitality. Program Initial Assessment: Comprehensive evaluation of current health status, lifestyle habits, goals, and challenges. Discussion of individual needs, preferences, and priorities to tailor the program accordingly. Goal Setting and Visioning: Collaborative goal-setting process to establish clear objectives and create a vision for holistic wellness. Identifying specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound (SMART) goals to track progress effectively. Nutrition and Dietary Guidance: Education on balanced nutrition, mindful eating practices, and intuitive eating principles. Personalized meal planning, grocery shopping guidance, and healthy cooking tips to support dietary changes. Exploration of intuitive eating and mindfulness techniques to foster a positive relationship with food. Physical Activity and Movement: Assessment of current physical activity levels, fitness goals, and preferences. Development of a personalized exercise plan incorporating aerobic activities, strength training, flexibility exercises, and mindful movement practices. Encouragement of daily movement and physical activity to improve energy levels, mood, and overall fitness. Stress Management and Relaxation Techniques: Identification of stressors and triggers contributing to stress and overwhelm. Teaching stress reduction techniques such as deep breathing exercises, progressive muscle relaxation, meditation, and visualization.
