SCR - Shilpi Creative Rhythm was founded in 2014 by Shilpi Chanda which is now under Shilpi Chanda International LLC. After teaching dance and directing programs for a couple of decades she finally decided to give it a name as SCR and shelter the performing arts in the hearts of the interested students.
