With a deep understanding of yoga’s physical, mental, and spiritual dimensions, Shilpi’s classes offer a nurturing environment for students to connect with their inner selves, enhance mindfulness, and cultivate balance. Her teachings incorporate mindful movements, breathwork, and meditation, creating a serene space for individuals to unwind, heal, and thrive. Whether through gentle yoga asana or meditative practices, Shilpi is passionate about helping her students find harmony within and live more authentic, peaceful lives.


Shilpi has been doing yoga since childhood in a competitive National level in India. Teaching has been a part of her yoga journey and being a certified yoga teacher She likes to help individuals start their yoga journey…
